Sports Management World Wide Comes Aboard

Tony Ciccolella of SMWW
(November 2004):

Location: Brentwood, CA
Associated Sports: All Sports
Clients Represented:Robert Villanova, Jonathan Ohayon

Agent Bio:
I am proud to be a part of Sports Management Worldwide for three reasons. Integrity. Trust. Loyalty. These three words represent my foundation as well as an integral part of my identity. I always hold myself to the highest standard, understanding that the athlete is the lifeblood of our firm and its existence. I approach each client's needs with the same determination and professionalism as I would my own needs and works diligently towards resolving any issues that my clients may present.

My formula for successful client relationships is rather simple: Because I will never compromise my integrity, my clients will experience an overwhelming level of trust and, in turn, they remain loyal to me. I will combine my experience and interpersonal communication skills to deliver a comprehensive, hands-on service that promotes relationship building with all my clients while successfully meeting their varying needs.

I take the representation of athletes extremely serious and pride myself on my commitment to open and honest communication with all my clients at all times. In speaking with numerous athletes, one common area of concern between them and their agents is the inability (or unwillingness) of their agent to communicate with them on a regular basis. As an Agent Advisor, this is an area in which I excel, as well as understanding the importance of constant feedback, input and personal contact.

I posses a BS degree in Business Management from Embry-Riddle University as well as a MS degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Golden Gate University.

About Sports Management Worldwide:
Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) is an international full-service sports agency with an extensive network of Agent Advisors serving athletes throughout the world. The agent advisor program makes SMWW unique because it strives to develop a more personal relationship with the athlete in addition to providing excellent client representation. SMWW and its agent advisors are prepared to address the athletic, business, and personal aspects of their clients' lives. To address these varied needs, the company has developed a range of services and strategic relationships to offer its clients.

Agent Advisors do more than just negotiate playing contracts for their athletes; Agent Advisors take a fully integrated approach to their clients' wealth, personal life, career, and post-career challenges. SMWW's goal is to simplify and enhance the lives of our athletes by serving as their primary contact for everything from financial advisory assistance to addressing lifestyle needs, and we do this from the day the relationship begins.
